Unpack an emotion with friends

It's through our interactions with others that we grow. At Therapy Unpacked we want to make it easier for everyone to start talking about their emotions. Our boxes can be used on your own. But you'll get the most out of them if you unpack an emotion with a family member or friend. Wouldn't it be empowering if people met up in Therapy Groups, like we do in Book Groups?
